The Short Version

What This Is

Nodepace builds custom AI solutions for businesses. When you hire me, we agree on what I'll build, how long it'll take, and what it costs. These terms cover how we work together.

Booking a Call

When you book a Free AI Audit or AI Partner Application call:

  • -It's free. No strings attached.
  • -I'll show up on time. Please do the same.
  • -If you need to reschedule, just let me know in advance.

Working Together

If we decide to work together:

  • -We'll agree on the scope, timeline, and price before I start.
  • -I'll keep you in the loop throughout the project.
  • -You'll get what we agreed on, delivered when we agreed.

Payments

  • -One-Time Projects: Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement (typically a deposit upfront, balance on completion).
  • -AI Partner: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime—no long-term contracts.

I use secure payment methods. I don't store your credit card details.

What You Own

Once you pay for it, you own it. 100%.

  • -All AI solutions I build for you are yours.
  • -No licensing fees.
  • -No "only works while you're paying me" nonsense.
  • -You can do whatever you want with it.

What I Own

I retain the right to:

  • -Use general knowledge and techniques learned during our work (but never your specific data or proprietary info)
  • -Mention that we worked together (unless you ask me not to)

Confidentiality

What you share with me stays with me. I won't share your business information, strategies, or data with anyone else.

Refunds

  • -If I haven't started work yet, I'll refund any deposits.
  • -If work has started, we'll figure out a fair solution based on how much has been completed.

I want you to be happy. If something's off, let's talk about it.

Liability

I build solid systems, but no software is perfect. I'm not responsible for:

  • -Indirect or consequential damages
  • -Lost profits from system downtime
  • -Issues caused by third-party services

I'll always do my best to fix problems quickly.

Termination

You can stop working with me anytime. I can do the same if something isn't working out. We'll wrap up professionally and fairly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved there.

Changes

I may update these terms. If I do, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of my services means you accept the updated terms.
